Shorter metric reviews

Metric meetings sprawl when every chart claims equal weight. A tighter agenda with named owners changes the room.

A useful review answers three questions: what moved, why we think it moved, and what we try next. Everything else belongs in an appendix.

Assign one owner per metric before the meeting. Owners arrive with a one-paragraph story—not a live tour of every filter in the dashboard.

Keep the standing deck to one north-star chart and three input metrics. If a fourth chart needs airtime, something else leaves for that week.

Close with dated commitments in shared notes. Verbal agreement fades by Thursday; a named action with a date does not.
