How fast is delivery?
Immediately after payment confirmation. Crypto confirmations take from under a minute to about 20 minutes depending on the coin. Balance payments deliver instantly.
What format do I receive?
A .txt file with one account per line. Each product page shows its exact line format, for example login:password:email:email_password.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cryptocurrency through Plisio (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and more) and account balance. Balance is topped up with crypto as well.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out with just an email. Registered users get order history and a balance for one-click purchases.
Is there a warranty?
Every product lists its own replacement window. Contact support on Telegram with your order ID within that window and we replace invalid lines.
I paid but the order still shows waiting
The network has not confirmed the transaction yet. Keep the order page open, it refreshes on its own. If nothing changes after an hour, send support your order ID and transaction hash.
I lost the download link
Use the Find order page with your order ID and email, or log in if you have an account. Orders stay downloadable.
